In order to survive in times of dynamic market developments and constantly changing competition, organizations must be designed to be flexible and dynamic.
During my studies in psycholinguistics, with core elements from Hamburg communication psychology and cognitive science, I was able to gain knowledge and competence about the nature and effects of interpersonal communication.
Already in my first job alongside my studies, I was able to experience and try out what it means to work as a service provider. As a waiter and deputy manager in the catering trade, skills such as customer orientation, organizational skills, stress resistance and teamwork skills were taught and demonstrated to me.
