About me

Every organization, every team, and every situation is different. That's why I don't work with standard programs or ready-made solutions.

For me, understanding is the starting point: What are the concerns of those involved? What dynamics are at play? What specific changes are desired? Building on this understanding, I develop formats tailored to the specific context – from training sessions and workshops to conflict resolution and facilitated dialogues.

My approach is characterized by participation, practical relevance, and a clear structure. People don't learn and change through presentations, but through their own experiences, shared reflection, and concrete actions. I combine professional facilitation with an attitude of respect and a willingness to address even difficult topics. This leads to solutions that aren't imposed from the outside, but rather embraced by the participants themselves.

I am fascinated by the question of how people can work together successfully.

For many years, I have supported leaders, teams, and organizations through development and change processes. In doing so, I repeatedly observe that the crucial challenges are rarely technical in nature. They usually revolve around communication, collaboration, responsibility, or dealing with differing interests and perspectives.

I see my role as creating spaces for exchange, learning, and clarification—spaces where people can engage in dialogue, build trust, and develop sustainable solutions together. In addition to my work as a trainer, facilitator, and mediator, I bring my own leadership experience from various organizations. This perspective helps me understand the challenges faced by leaders and teams not only theoretically, but also from my own experience.
